Chemcrest has been manufacturing high-quality architectural details and building components made with high-density poly-urethane for more than 25 years. Chemcrest is able to manufacture over 25000 different products for existing molds and an average of four new molds per week. In the last year Chemcrest has expanded the operation to become a single source supply of composite interior and exterior architectural products.
From our 10,000 sq. ft. plant we now produce products as listed below:
EPVC (expanded PVC board) - Can be shaped in an oven and used in many of our modified products such as window trim, box columns, gingerbreads, etc. This product allows us to quote customized pieces without having to make a mold
FRG (fiberglass reinforced gypsum) - A class A fire rated material used in interior applications, especially in commercial and instituitional projects. This is the old world look of plaster and made from our existing molds.
FRP (fiberglass reinforced plastic/polyester) - Thin walled profiles lend themselves to steel frame construction in mostly commercial applications. A strong product (similar to a fiberglass boat) and a class A fire rating can be achieved.
FRC (fiberglass reinforced cement) - A class A fire rated product used mainly in commercial applications
EPS (expanded polystyrene) - A cost-effective product cut from blocks of polystyrene with a CNC hot wire and coated with either acrylic, cementious
or polyurea coatings. This product can also be pre-finished at the plant with various stucco like coatings in any color and is compatible with brick, stone, stucco, masonry or EIPS construction.

ケムクレストは、25年以上に亘り、硬質ポリウレタン製の高品質な細部装飾とビルディング・コンポーネンツを製造して参りました。 既存の鋳型で２５０００種類、新型のものなら週に４個を製造することがきます。昨年は、インテリア・エクステリア混用製品の唯一の供給先となるべく事業拡大を果たしました。
1万平方フィートに及ぶ当社の工場では、以下の製品を製造しています。
EPVC (発泡PVC) – 窓のトリム、ボックスコラム・ジンジャーブレッド等多様な用途に使用できます。
この製品は、鋳型を作らずにカスタムピースでのお見積もりが可能です。
FRG (ガラス繊維強化ジプソム) - A クラスの不燃材を原料として使用し、インテリア装飾など特に商業用、施設用に開発された製品です。 これは当社の既存の鋳型を使い、中世の装飾に見られるしっくい塗りです。
FRP (ガラス繊維強化プラスチック) – 薄型なので、商業用の鉄骨建物に適しています。耐久性・不燃性でAクラスの性能を確保しています。
FRC (ガラス繊維強化コンクリート) - A クラスの不燃性製品で、主に商業用装飾に使用します。
EPS（発泡材） - コスト効率の大変良い製品で、ポリスチレンのブロックをカットし、アクリル又はポリウレタンでコーティングしています。 この製品は、工場での様々なプレスタッコフィニッシュも可能で、あらゆる色の着色コーティングなどでブリック、ストーン、スタッコ、レンガやEIPS建築にも調和させることができます。
フレックスクラフト: ポリウレタン・モールディングは、あらゆる形状にもフィットさせるために開発されました。ケムクレストでニーズに合わせた形状を作ります。半径とテンプレート（鋳型）を送ってもらえれば、あなただけのモールディングを製造します。
